By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms.

Orders

An order is confirmed once we send you a confirmation by email or WhatsApp. We may decline an order, for example if the delivery address is outside our area or a product is unavailable, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

Prices

Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Peak-day surcharges, when they apply, are shown before payment.

Products

Photos are representative. Because flowers are natural, the bouquet you receive may vary slightly; see our substitution policy.

Delivery, cancellation and refunds

These are governed by our delivery policy, cancellation policy and exchanges & refunds policy, which form part of these terms.

Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather or road closures, but we will keep you informed and help find a solution.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including the Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
