Substitution policy

Flowers are seasonal and natural, so no two bouquets are ever exactly alike. Colours and opening stages may vary slightly from the photos.

If a flower in your bouquet is unavailable on the day, our florists will replace it with one of the same style and colour, of equal or higher value. When a substitution changes the look of the bouquet noticeably, we will message you first, and the photo we send before dispatch lets you see the final result.

Vases, boxes and wrapping may also be substituted with an equivalent of equal or higher quality.
