Delivery policy

Where we deliver

We deliver across Greater Cairo and Giza. The areas we cover and any delivery fee are shown at checkout before you pay.

Same-day delivery

Orders confirmed before 6 pm can be delivered the same day, within the time window you choose. During peak days such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, same-day windows may fill earlier.

Scheduled delivery

You can choose any available date up to 60 days ahead. Delivery windows are estimates; our team will always try to arrive within the window you selected.

When the recipient is not available

Our courier will call the recipient. If they cannot be reached, we will contact you to agree on a new time or a nearby alternative (a neighbour, the building's reception or security). A second delivery attempt on a different day may carry a delivery fee.

Surprise orders without an address

If you give us only the recipient's phone number, we will call them discreetly to arrange the address and time without revealing who sent the flowers. If we cannot reach them within 24 hours, we will contact you.

Incorrect details

Please make sure the phone numbers and address are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details, but we will always do our best to help.
